Employees will be given login instructions for the Sandata Mobile Connect App.
You are not to share credentials with anyone else. If you are an employee of Just Home Care and have not been given any login information, contact us immediately.

The app is called Sandata Mobile Connect. This app can be found and downloaded on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
You can reset your password by using your security questions from when you originally set up your account. If you are still not able to reset your password, you can contact us at 203-303-7311 and someone will assist you in resetting your password.
If you are not able to clock into your shift, let us know as soon as possible. Make sure that you have good reception to insure that the app is effectively working.
We understand that everyone is not tech-savvy. Visit us in person to get help setting up your Sandata login.
