3.   Register (FIRST), then take exam https://my.examprofessor.com/healthcare If you fail Retake test until you pass  You must have a passing grade of 80%

5. Take the Sexual Hassment Test (Click the Apply button to access the link)
6. You will receive a Certificate when completed please save & forward Certificate to ezappsonline@yahoo.com 
7. Once all of these steps are complete, someone from our team will contact you to schedule an interview and once hired, we will have you finish the rest of your paperwork to complete your application process.
